Create Loyalty Landing page
From the app navigation, select 'Loyalty Pages'
Then click Customise under the Landing page option
Now from the customisation menu - if you do not already have the loyalty page blocks setup / configured, you can select 'Add Hero Block' to automatically create the page and apply the block.

Adding Loyalty Blocks via Shopify Theme Customisation
You can also add the add blocks easily via the standard shopify theme editor
Open the shopify store theme editor for your chosen theme / store
Navigate to the page where you wish to add the blocks for your loyalty program
Open the block selector and click on 'apps'
The Loyalty Wizard blocks should show, simply click to add them
Add Loyalty page to the store navigation
From Shopify Admin navigate to Content > Menus.
Choose the menu you would like to add the landing page to.
Click Add menu item.
Fill out the Label section for how you would like your rewards page name to appear in the menu.
Click into the Link box to pull up a menu.
Choose Pages > name of your loyalty landing page.
Delete Loyalty Landing Page
From Shopify Admin navigate to Online Store > Pages > your landing page name.
Click Delete page.
On the confirmation page, click Delete.
⚠️ If you do not have a loyalty page active such as the account dashboard, and the widget is also disabled, customers will not have an interface to redeem their points for rewards.
It is advised to at least always have either the widget or a loyalty page available for customers to interact with
